  • Probably was on Poly’s 1921 team that averaged more than 60 ppg before losing to Everett, Wash., in what was billed as the national championship game
  • Standout for Jackrabbits in 1922

During college:

  • Later USC and still regarded as one of greatest Trojans

Post-college:

  • College FB Hall of Fame
